Shipping policy

Delivery time

All of our candles are handmade with care and are normally sent within 3-7 working days from your order being confirmed. During busy seasons and holidays it may take longer - however we will reach out to you on email if those circumstances were to occur.

Shipping and delivery methods 

We send our orders with DHL and PostNord (or other given postal company) to your mailbox or closest pick-up point depending on the package size.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been sent.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping campaigns only apply within Sweden unless stated otherwise.

Delivery within Sweden

We only deliver within Sweden at the moment.

Damaged transported goods

If your package has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via zenty.info@gmail.se and include pictures of the packaging as well as damaged goods.
